1Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "93ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 93ph online gaming platform, accessible at https://93ph.app, and its operators.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 93ph platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 93ph platform.
- "Platform" means the 93ph website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
- "Games" refers to all gaming products available on 93ph, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, bingo, MT Live, and Dinosaur Tycoon.
- "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held in a Player's 93ph account wallet.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 93ph to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
2Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 93ph. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 93ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.
3Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
The 93ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and is non-negotiable. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
The 93ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 93ph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
3.3 Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
3.4 Self-Exclusion
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 93ph or from any other gaming platform through a PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 93ph. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
4Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
To access the full features of the 93ph Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 93ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 93ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
4.3 Account Verification
93ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 93ph may result in account suspension or closure.
4.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 93ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 93ph support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4.5 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 93ph account at any time by contacting customer support. 93ph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with verification requirements.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Currency
All transactions on the 93ph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). 93ph does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
93ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- GCash
- PayMaya / Maya
- Bank transfer via major Philippine banks, including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
- Debit card (issued by Philippine banks)
5.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya / Maya are typically credited to your 93ph account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 93ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks before processing. 93ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya / Maya within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 93ph reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
93ph is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 93ph reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
5.6 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 93ph account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 93ph at any time without prior notice.
6Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 93ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
93ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
93ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
7Game Rules and Fairness
7.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the 93ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.
7.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness
All 93ph games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. 93ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 93ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' accounts. 93ph's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
7.4 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 93ph Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by 93ph at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93ph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Creating or operating more than one account;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 93ph staff or other players;
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
9Responsible Gaming
93ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to provide safeguards seriously.
9.1 Available Tools

10Intellectual Property
All content on the 93ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 93ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 93ph.
The 93ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 93ph. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use any 93ph trademark, trade name, or logo.
11Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability
93ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 93ph reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Exclusion of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.3 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 93ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 93ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall 93ph's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 93ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12Privacy
Your privacy is important to 93ph. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 93ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13Amendments to These Terms
93ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 93ph will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 93ph Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 93ph support.
14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and 93ph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints
If you believe that 93ph has acted in a manner inconsistent with its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
